Meet the SIP

It all started when…

In 2018, three friends, artists, sisters, and badass black women decided that it was time to share their journeys. A Singer (S), an Instrumentalist (I), and a Poet (P), all with beautiful, individual struggles and even more dynamic collaborations came together to birth a conversation. The SIP Podcast…is that conversation.

On the SIP Podcast, we pour out our hearts, talk all the mess, discuss systemic injustice, and explore love and relationships, and so much more. Almost no topic is off limits. It will be real and uncomfortable at times; it will be hilarious and ridiculous all in the same episode as we aspire to encourage women of color in every corner of the world…all from our living room. In 2020, we decided to lend our platform to the dope black women (our Sistas In Power) around the world who have been censored and dismissed and invite them to share themselves, unapologetically, on our show. This has provided space for healing, community, and reprieve during these uncertain times. Our goal is for The SIP to provide a balm to each listener and that they would receive it in their own unique way. We are honored to create a space that normalizes the process of talking through life with your girls, your tribe, your squad, your clique...on The SIP, we bring the “girls group chat” to life.

So grab a drink, kick off your shoes, and pull up a seat.

From our living room to yours…it’s time for SIP.
